Walk In interview | Delivery helper / Technician

• Assist with loading and unloading the truck
• Verify cylinder delivery and invoice
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Provide direction to the driver if needed
• Keep up to date billing information
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring timely payment of debts
• Check and post receipts to accounting systems

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School diploma with good communication skills (English is preferable)
• Customer service attitude and skills
• Relevant experience of 2-3 years in loading and delivery
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
• Physically able to lift up to 50 KG or more
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays (if required)
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
