Walk-in Interview: Center Manager /Telesales Manager (Education Field)

A reputed educational firm with several branches in the UAE is looking for a center manager/centre head based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

General Criteria

Nationality: Indian

Age: 24 to 35 (Preferably with experience in Education Industry or Sales)

Experience: 2 years and above (Ref. Key skills)

Salary Range: AED 4000 to 5500 AED

Job Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi

Work timings: Monday to Thursday - 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm; Sat & Sun – 10:30 am to 7:30 pm; Wed: weekly off

Key Skills:

• Candidates with experience in the education industry or fields, such as coaching classes, test prep institutions, etc., are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enquiry Handling (telephonic and walk-in) & Sales
• Counselling parents about our training programs
• Organizing seminars for students and parents
• Co-ordinating between the teachers and parents
• Maintaining good relations with students and parents
• Sending marks and reports to parents
• Reporting to senior Center managers
• Manage petty cash & recover unpaid fees on time
• Follow up on bounced cheques

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English
• Should have a passion for sales and good interpersonal skills
• Should have basic knowledge of Excel, Office, etc.
• Previous experience in sales/education is preferred
• Earlier GCC experience will be preferred
