Waitress/Service Crew

We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Waitress (WILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY) to join our team. As a waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome customers as they arrive
2. Take orders and make recommendations on menu items
3. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
4. Ensure that tables are clean and set properly for each customer
5. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
6. Process payments and make change accurately
7. Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a waitress preferred
2. Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS)
3. Attentiveness and patience for customers
4. Excellent presentation skills
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
6. Active listening and effective communication skills
7. Team spirit
8. Flexibility to work in shifts
9. High school diploma; food safety training is a plus
10. Language: English, Arabic is a plus
11. Nationality: Philippines / Nepal
