WAITRESS (Employer's Interview October 12 & 13)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required. Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation / Service Management or similar fields.

• Must have experience in a hotel, luxurious resorts or fine dining restaurant.
• Height must be 5 Feet and 2 inches.
