Job Responsibilities

1. Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
2. Greet customers and present menus
3. Make suggestions based on their preferences
4. Take and serve food/drinks orders
5. Up-sell when appropriate
6. Arrange table settings
7. Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
8. Check products for quality
9. Deliver checks and collect payments
10. Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
11. Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
