Job Summary: The F&B Captain at Shang Palace, our Michelin-recommended Chinese restaurant in Dubai, will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves supervising the team, managing guest interactions, and ensuring compliance with service protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Presents menus to guests if required, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
2. Records orders on checks.
3. Relays orders to the kitchen and bar via Point of Sale (POS) system.
4. Observes guests and responds to any additional requests.
