Waiter / Waitress - Russian Speaker

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Waiter or Waitress who is fluent in Russian to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders, and serve food and beverages to our guests.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check on customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
- Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Accept payments and process transactions
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide a great dining experience

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
- Fluent in Russian with good communication skills in English
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
