What will you do?
Interact with clients and understand their needs.
Guide the guest through Lobby Lounge menu.
Suggest options based on the customers palate and taste.
Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
Collaborate with the Kitchen colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
