Waiter - In Room Dinning

Join our luxurious hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as a Waiter In-Room Dining. We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests in the comfort of their rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up trays or tables with appropriate cutlery, china, and accompaniments.
• Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and answer any questions guests may have about the food and beverages.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Collect and remove trays, dishes, and utensils from guest rooms after meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining equipment and storage areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely preparation.
• Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

High School diploma.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage/In-Room Dining operations.
Passion for excellent service.
Excellent team player.
English speaking.
