We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of guests while they dine in our restaurant.

Our ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality, food service, or customer service and excellent communication skills. Experience as a waiter is required, and the ability to work well with others is essential.

The Waiter will be responsible for:

1. Greeting customers
2. Taking orders
3. Serving food and drinks
4. Clearing tables
5. Setting tables
6. Preparing bills
7. Handling cash transactions

The candidate must also be able to communicate menu items accurately, take customer feedback into account, and up-sell when appropriate.

The successful applicant should also have a good knowledge of hygiene practices in the foodservice industry and ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. They should possess strong problem-solving skills to deal with complaints or special requests from customers. The Waiter should also have a friendly personality with excellent people skills to build relationships with customers.
