Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward.
As a Waiter / Waitress, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Performing all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel.
  • Greeting and seating customers, serving them in a professional, discreet, and personalized way.
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and provide advice to guests.
  • Consistently monitoring the quality of food & beverage being served.
  • Practicing good customer relations and attending to customer complaints/queries satisfactorily.
  • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and the upkeep of all service equipment.
  • Preparing for all service before, during, and after (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).
  • Ensuring minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
  • Actively using upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experience
You should ideally have a diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage with previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. A good command of English and additional skills, such as guest service and interpersonal skills, are essential.
