Responsibilities:

1. Drive advocacy efforts in East Arabia, develop government affairs strategy, and build relationships with policymakers to enhance digital payment initiatives.
2. Plan and execute customer lifecycle management campaigns for credit cards, focusing on engagement, performance analysis, and collaboration with marketing teams.
3. Lead customer journey for digital onboarding, manage product lifecycle, drive innovation, and enhance processes in financial services with strong analytical skills.
4. Develop and deliver SME Lending digital products, lead a high-performing team, and ensure alignment with business requirements and user-focused design.
5. Oversee innovative learning and development programs, enhance employee engagement, and drive talent management strategies in a rapidly evolving technological environment.
6. Lead the development of cloud strategy, manage cloud architecture, and foster team growth while ensuring alignment with business objectives and vendor management.
7. Oversee infrastructure design compliance, manage utility services, provide technical advice, and ensure project adherence to authorities' standards for UAE National candidates.
8. Develop business opportunities, exceed sales targets, and maintain client relationships in the insurance industry with strong analytical skills.
9. Drive business process management initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and lead a team while ensuring alignment with digital transformation and governance standards.
10. Lead business development by defining key accounts, managing client satisfaction, and collaborating with marketing while possessing strong research and consulting skills.
11. Drive market strategy and develop data-driven solutions for customers, leveraging product expertise and leading cross-functional teams to enhance performance.
12. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance channel partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team in the furniture industry.
13. Responsible for technology strategy and delivery in retail, supply chain, and digital solutions, requiring strong leadership and extensive experience in e-commerce.
14. Design operating models and conduct data-driven analyses to enhance organizational effectiveness, requiring strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
15. Assist in executing regulatory compliance activities, ensuring risk-based implementation, documentation, and stakeholder management while supporting compliance-related tasks.
16. Support retail leasing activities, tenant mix strategy, deal negotiation, and relationship management with regional retailers to maximize asset value.
17. Manage development projects from inception to completion, focusing on business development, financial modeling, and procurement strategies in real estate.
18. Lead asset management investments, conduct financial analysis, manage acquisitions, and develop strategic plans for joint ventures and subsidiaries.
19. Transform customer experience by setting targets, implementing strategic initiatives, and leveraging digital tools while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
20. Drive growth through transaction execution, financial structuring, and investment management, requiring expertise in corporate finance and M&A in real estate.
21. Implement quality assurance processes, update design standards, provide leadership, and utilize AI technologies in design for project success.
22. Manage design activities for vertical and mixed-use projects, ensuring adherence to standards, cost-effectiveness, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
23. Develop and implement cloud and DevOps strategies, manage infrastructure, lead teams, and establish vendor partnerships for digital transformation.
24. Develop and oversee security architecture, manage risks, ensure compliance, lead incident response, and mentor security professionals with strong communication skills.
25. Oversee cash management operations, optimize cash flows, manage risks, and build bank relationships while leading a team in compliance with regulations.
26. Monitor project schedules, develop policies, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders while leveraging digital tools for collaboration and improvement.
27. Manage supplier prequalification, develop procurement planning, and evaluate contractor performance while promoting innovation and maintaining supplier databases.
