Job Title: VP Transformation

Job Description:

The role is responsible for driving internal business transformation initiatives by partnering with key PCG, Enablement & Control stakeholders.

• Lead transformation initiative implementation teams comprising staff across business and enablement/support functions, using influence to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time and generate the desired business impact.
• Apply strong organization skills and governance best practices to create transparency on workstream and initiative performance.
• Take ownership of workstream issues and challenges, deploying problem solving and analytical skills, content knowledge, and influence to collaboratively develop resolutions that deliver the desired impact.
• Drive communication for relevant initiatives (as required).
• Develop effective relationships including spearheading change management within PCG.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with cross-functional colleagues to positively influence the strategic direction of the business.
• Lead simplification of CX E2E journeys to create transformational experiences through digital assets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business-related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in the Banking Industry, preferably corporate and investment banking.
• Must have experience in Strategy, Business management, and/or Operations/Technology project execution with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills required to drive a large-scale transformation.
