Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in progressive and more complex roles in a human capital function, out of which 6 years of experience are in a managerial / supervisory role (as applicable).
Preferably, experience in a large-scale organisation with complex business operations or experience working in the assigned industry.
Strong knowledge of Mubadala Investment Company’s HC frameworks, methodologies, policies, processes and tools.
Strong knowledge of change management, and ability to facilitate the implementation of change by successfully engaging with senior level stakeholders.
Good knowledge of the end-to-end human capital value chain.
Strong knowledge of Mubadala Investment Company’s operations and sectors, and ability to lead the delivery of tailored solutions in line with specific business requirements.
Ability to identify, build and nurture strategic relationships that support Mubadala Investment Company in achieving its objectives.
Good knowledge of influencing and communication techniques, and ability to report and influence at senior level.
Ability to apply a consultancy approach with the credibility to coach and influence.
Ability to deliver and facilitate workshops with groups of employees.
