Position Overview:

Lead and establish development objectives essential to the organization s success, overseeing effectiveness and assessing the ROI.
Establish and govern the performance management system, including guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance and prioritizing critical performance measures.
Provide leadership to the organization s Sales Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
Accountable for the sales budget, proactively assessing existing investments and ensuring they yield productivity benefits consistent with established objectives.
Lead change initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change and championing change initiatives.
Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships with Director Level prospects.
