VP - Loan Syndicate Distribution

Our client is a leading Bank in the region, looking to grow their Investment Banking team. This role is focused on the Loan Syndicate space and will overlook the whole process from origination to distribution.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the loan syndication process from origination to distribution.
2. Draft memos and present investment opportunities to the committee.
3. Invite relevant parties to participate in the syndication process.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 7 years of direct relevant experience regarding the technical knowledge of this role.
• Background in drafting memos and presenting investment opportunities.
• Developed market experience is a must, including locations such as London, Singapore, or the US.
