3. Innovate event strategies for market leadership and high NPS scores.
4. Develop marketing campaigns for global reach and engagement.
5. Deliver engaging on-site experiences beyond exhibits.
6. Curate benchmarked conferences and knowledge programs.
7. Expand event portfolio in existing and new sectors, locally and internationally.
8. Optimize digital engagement and CRM strategies for client relationships.
9. Cultivate community ties and deep engagement through digital initiatives.
10. Ensure operational efficiency within stipulated budgets and timelines.
11. Monitor departmental objectives and deliverables through KPI dashboards.
12. Manage governance practices, compliance, and audit issues.
13. Represent visitor feedback to inform growth strategies.
14. Lead and develop a team of Directors and Managers for peak performance.
15. Drive operational creativity and talent development for seamless customer experiences.
16. Collaborate with cross-functions for optimal operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's in Business Administration or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 8 years in C-level roles within Exhibitions
