Are you an experienced Senior Systems Administrator with expertise in VMware vSphere and HP Synergy? Here's your opportunity to join Iconic IT and contribute to a dynamic team ensuring high availability, scalability, and top-notch performance across enterprise data center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter.
2. Administer HP Synergy composable infrastructure (compute, storage, and networking).
3. Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency and scalability.
4. Manage server hardware (HP ProLiant & BladeSystem servers) with a focus on uptime and redundancy.
5. Implement security best practices, including access control and network segmentation.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design virtualization solutions that meet business needs.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience with VMware vSphere, including vCenter and ESXi.
2. Strong knowledge of HP Synergy infrastructure and HPE OneView.
3. Familiarity with SAN/NAS, vSAN, vSwitch, and virtualization clustering.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills:

1. VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or advanced certifications.
2. HPE Synergy-related certifications.
3. Experience with scripting (PowerCLI, Ansible) and hybrid cloud solutions.
