Develop Visual Appeal and Standards: Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts to represent Toys R Us visual standards. Create merchandise floor layouts and do floor moves and brand rotation periodically.
Implementing Planograms: Developing and implementing planograms that optimize product placement within the stores. This includes determining the best locations for different types of toys, considering factors such as customer traffic patterns and product popularity.
Commerciality: Takes ownership and shows commercial initiative to use promotional hotspot areas to drive sales. Develop and create concept and ideas of windows, pop ups and podiums stands, exhibitions panels and other events, point-of-sale displays.
Available to work flexibly, which will include early mornings and overnight shifts.
