Responsible for all areas of visual merchandising, including conceptualization, designing, layout planning, and window display, as well as implementing window and in-store displays.
Create and maintain an image synonymous with the brand.
Handle proper utilization of POS materials, fixtures, and fittings, and be responsible for the safekeeping of all decorations and other company-provided materials.
Guide customers’ browsing through merchandise placement and store layout to increase customer traffic in the store.
Design and conceptualize seasonal displays by taking into account current industry trends.
Monitor and maintain window display standards.
Display new collections on the shop floor following the brand’s directives.
Conduct basic merchandising training for sales assistants, including right tagging, correct folding, proper hanging, sizing, and replenishments.
Coordinate with the Display Manager and Store Managers in the execution of brand merchandising.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment; preferably experienced in homewares.
