Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create visually stunning displays to showcase luxury jewelry products in an enticing and elegant manner.
2. Conceptualize and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.
3. Collaborate with the retail team to understand product assortments, brand guidelines, and marketing campaigns.
4. Ensure that all visual merchandising displays are executed with precision and attention to detail.
5. Arrange and maintain the visual presentation of products on the sales floor, including proper placement, signage, and lighting.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including fashion and design, to incorporate the latest trends into visual displays.
7. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to maintain appropriate stock levels for visual merchandising purposes.
8. Train and support the sales team on visual merchandising principles and techniques.
9. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising displays and make adjustments as needed.
10. Ensure compliance with company visual merchandising standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

Degree: Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
Skills: Strong creativity and design skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using visual merchandising tools and techniques. Thorough understanding of current fashion and design trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using design software and tools. Knowledge of jewelry or luxury products is a plus.
