Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fabric industry, with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of the UAE market. This role involves creating visually appealing and impactful displays to showcase our fabric collections and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising concepts that align with the brand's identity and target audience.
• Create captivating displays for shop windows, in-store areas, and online platforms.
• Select and procure props, signage, and other display materials.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across all sales channels.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and customer preferences.
• Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute merchandising plans.
• Manage and mentor junior visual merchandising staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within the fabric industry in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and consumer trends.
• Proven ability to create visually stunning and impactful displays.
• Excellent knowledge of color theory, composition, and lighting.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
