Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The position is responsible for developing, delivering, and communicating visual concepts to promote the brand, products, and services in-store.

The role also includes training and coaching the store team to perform merchant-based visual presentation (VP) and managing daily, weekly, and seasonal VP tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Image: Ensure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are consistently achieved by creating eye-catching displays that incorporate commercial sales opportunities.
2. Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards.
3. Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
4. Develop floor plans to maximize visual impact.
5. Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layout guides.
6. Take photographs of every change made to the merchandise display.
7. Utilize creative lighting for windows.
8. Maximize placement of new lines and re-merchandise the store when new trends arise.
9. Create store layouts according to product categories.
10. Ensure proper merchandising of items.
11. Collect and review feedback on merchandise.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales.
2. Collaborate with the VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
3. Be involved in the pre-opening of stores and conduct timely visits to ensure that brand standards are properly implemented and followed.
4. Conduct research on current market trends and lifestyles.
