Job Description

• Creating visually appealing displays and layouts to attract customers and maximize sales.
• Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies and concepts.
• Researching current market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborating with store managers and sales teams to align visual merchandising with sales goals.
• Selecting and arranging merchandise to ensure an organized and visually appealing store layout.
• Creating and updating planograms and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Training store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion and design trends.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
