Job Description

The Visual Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing the visual strategy for the brand across all marketing channels. This role involves collaborating with creative teams to design engaging visual content, ensuring brand consistency, and driving customer engagement through effective use of imagery, video, and other visual elements. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and expertise in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of visual marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to develop visual concepts that drive brand recognition and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the production of visual assets, including graphics, videos, and photography, for use in social media, email marketing, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and maintain a library of visual assets, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all teams.
  • Analyze the performance of visual content and adapt strategies based on data insights to optimize engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with external photographers, videographers, and design agencies to produce high-quality content.
  • Ensure all visual content is on-brand, on-message, and aligns with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Stay updated with the latest visual design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the brand visually fresh and relevant.
  • Lead and mentor a team of visual designers and creatives, providing feedback and direction to elevate the quality of output.
  • Plan and execute visual strategies for product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in visual marketing, branding, or graphic design (3-5 years preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual content creation across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and video editing software.
  • Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media platforms, web design, and email marketing.
  • Strong communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust visual strategies to optimize performance.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
