We are looking for a dynamic Onboarding Specialist to further extend our team as part of our growth to strengthen our support across the GCC.

As the Onboarding Specialist you will:

1. Have a genuine affinity for service delivery, engagement, understanding client requirements and care.
2. Provide a value-add service to our EOR and AOR customers, across the GCC, to ensure a positive and long-lasting experience of care and professionalism.
3. Manage the various clients through the new joiner onboarding process from start to finish.
4. Advising the new joiners on the details and nuances of the visa process, including health insurance application process and helping each new joiner to have a pleasant visa onboarding process.
5. Be constantly looking at ways to improve our service and explore opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
6. Embed the People2.0 values and build the reputation of People2.0 as an employer of choice.

You will enjoy and succeed in this job if:

1. Provide a critical support interface to the HR Professional for the EOR/AOR employees through the provision of high-quality guidance, direction and support regarding the visa onboarding process.
2. Use your understanding and deep knowledge of the visa process to ensure each new joiner will have a positive experience with onboarding and ensuring a smooth initiation of employment.
3. Able to build good relationships and to collaborate with the various Manpower Partners that we work with in the GCC to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients across the GCC.
4. Work in partnership with and provide guidance to the dedicated PRO (across the GCC) to ensure a smooth and efficient journey through the PRO touchpoints.
5. Able to arrange and coordinate Medical Screening and Emirates ID applications.
6. Able to assist on dependent visa processes and monitoring of job completion in the different GCC countries and relevant systems with the client.
7. Be able to assist the client in visa processing on the Mainland, lodging and monitoring of jobs in the company system and CRM.
8. Be able to monitor the expiry dates of the compliance documents of the employee and their dependents (visa, work permit, health insurance, security passes, etc.) and facilitate the renewal process.
9. Research & inquire new processes and developments, share with team and implement as required.
10. Participate as required in HR working groups involved in the development and promotion of HR policy and procedures, operational efficiency and cost-saving studies, and service improvement initiatives.
11. Provide updates and management reporting as required for relevant EOR/AOR clients.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

1. A degree from a recognised university or equivalent professional qualification; a diploma in Personnel Management /CIPD, or a related qualification in HR will be an advantage.
2. 2-4 years progressive visa onboarding experience with a strong background in visa processing, advising and actively managing the visa process to completion.
3. At least 2 years in the UAE and familiar with the UAE visa process.
4. Any GCC experience beyond the UAE will be very welcome.
