Job Description :

Masterminds Education is seeking an experienced, innovative, and committed Primary School Teacher for our VIP Program, a micro-school designed for small groups with a maximum of 6 students in each class.

The VIP Program at Masterminds Education caters to an elite clientele, offering a highly personalized and innovative educational experience. It's designed for discerning families who value bespoke education. While the base curriculum is UK, it is significantly enhanced with Masterminds’ proprietary teaching methodologies and best practices from leading international curriculums. This program emphasizes creativity, critical thinking, and personalized learning paths, setting a new standard in primary education for students who seek a unique and enriched learning journey.

Role Highlights :

• Experience Required : At Least 8 years in primary education.
• Curriculum : Base UK but integrate innovative elements from IB, British, and American curricula.
• Class Size : Small, personalized setting for optimal learning with 5 – 6 students.

Core Responsibilities :

• Act as an ‘advocate’ for the VIP students, overseeing all aspects of their learning and well-being
• Teach small group lessons in English Reading, Writing, Knowledge & Comprehension (additional experience and interest in teaching Science and Math would be a plus)
• Planning daily activities in the classroom related to weekly themes and enrichment programs.
• Documenting daily observations and progress of the students.
• Developing and maintaining close relationships with both students and parents.
• Supervising and accompanying pupils to specialist lessons, facilities, and any other activity as required, ensuring child safety.
