Job Description

Nair Systems is a DIFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, and Robotic Process Automation.

Nair Systems is currently looking for Technical Support Services Wealth Systems for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Relevant Experience

7 years experience of which at least 4 years should have been in a similar position in a reputed bank/financial institution. The candidate should have experience in delivering and supporting wealth management solutions. Experience in Advent solutions such as APX, Tradex, Syncova, and Investrack is a definite plus.

Required Services

1. Prepare Technical Specification and Functional Specifications for assigned projects by himself or in conjunction with Vendors, Business Analysts, or Business users for implementation.
2. Participate in Business Workshops or Business Meetings with respective Team Leaders for detailed analysis and design of the expected systems with vendors or internally.
3. Responsible for Task Planning (WBS), Time Estimation, and Resource estimation.
4. Responsible for the development/support of related software modules, components, integration modules, bespoke development for the projects as required.
5. Recommend multiple technical options/solutions with appropriate information for the team leaders to choose a particular option.
6. Make technical recommendations on solutions and systems to improve processes.
7. Responsible for the technical design of the applications assigned.
8. Provide First and Second Line Support to all the assigned applications.
9. Follow-up and track services, coordinate Vendor Support Issues, and respond to service tickets in a timely fashion.
10. Track, resolve, and report incidents and known errors through the approved processes.
11. Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.
12. Complete the assigned tasks to satisfy the Users' needs and within the agreed upon time parameters.
13. Assist in Test Cases Preparation, Test Cases Execution, System and Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
14. Uncover, elevate, quantify, and confirm the critical business issues related to business applications.

Terms and Conditions

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).

The selected candidates shall join Nair Systems – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in UAE.
