VAM Systems is currently looking for SSI Business Analyst Expert for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

1. Skills:
   - Domain Knowledge: Adept understanding of telecom industry mobile, fixed and ICT products, telecom processes, technologies, and regulations to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
   - Technical Proficiency: Familiar with telecom-specific technologies, protocols, and systems for both mobile and fixed services in consumer and enterprise segments.
   - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address intricate business challenges by proposing innovative solutions and process improvements.
   - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, prioritize, and translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Review Business Features and assess completeness and alignment with previous releases. Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Propose and design solutions to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to align business and technical teams.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to ensure successful delivery.
• Generate reports for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure actionable comments raised for requirements clarification during Design phase are limited.
• Ensure updates to Features during Design phase due to unclear requirements are limited.

Job Purpose
The Business Analyst will play a vital role in analyzing and translating business needs into technical requirements, fostering collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom operations, technologies, and business processes.

Joining time frame: (15 – 30 days)
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.
