Job description
You will be part of the Hermès Parfum et Beauté MEIA team, based in Dubai, reporting to the Marketing Manager, and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders.
Your role will be to help in the construction of the Hermès Parfum et Beauté image across the region.
Zones covered : MEIA (Middle East, India and Africa)
Main missions
1 / TRADE MARKETING ACTIVATION
Follow up on the marketing trade plan per distributor
Activation of the marketing trade plan in the region (Local Market, Travel Retail)
Feedback recap for the trade activations, with quantitative and qualitative results
Adapting the international guidelines to each market’s specificities
2 / E-COMMERCE ACTIVATION
Opening of new e-commerce platforms across the region
Follow up of the online activation calendar while animating current and new websites
Ensuring proper VM on all platforms
3 / VISUAL MERCHANDISING ACTIVATION
Help in the development of the Visual Merchandising Plan for perfumes and make up in our spaces (Local Market, Travel Retail)
4 / PRESS & MEDIA
Ensuring proper representation of the Hermès brand with KOL (Key Opinion Leaders)
Helping with the press & media activation in the MEIA with key distributors
5 / TRANSVERSAL MISSIONS
Assistance in the preparation of the 2 regional annual seminars and budget follow up
Assistance in the Quarterly Reporting consolidation (merchandising, trade, media)
Processing suppliers’ invoices and completing the follow up charts
Helping with multiple office daily tasks (team meeting organizations, team buildings, etc…)
Profile
Degree in business or marketing with internships or experience across similar cited roles
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Advanced office automation skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Listening and observation skills with great autonomy
Manage different projects, showing rigor, organization, and autonomy
Ability to work with various interlocutors by relying on interpersonal skills and adaptability
