Videographer / Photographer

The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced real estate industry in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who is passionate about capturing stunning imagery and video content that showcases properties in their best light. You will work closely with real estate agents, property developers, and marketing teams to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand and attracts potential buyers. Your expertise in photography and videography will play a crucial role in driving marketing campaigns and supporting our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, ensuring that each property is presented in its best possible light.
2. Edit and retouch images and videos to create polished, professional content that aligns with our brand standards.
3. Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing creative input and suggestions to enhance the final output.
4. Manage all aspects of the photography and videography process, including planning, shooting, and post-production editing.
5. Utilize drones and other advanced equipment to capture aerial footage and unique perspectives of properties.
6. Create engaging virtual tours and promotional videos that highlight key features of properties, helping to attract potential buyers.
7. Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns that leverage visual content to promote properties effectively.
8. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for new projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Must have a UAE driving license.
2. Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably within the real estate sector or a related industry.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality real estate photography and videography work.
4. Proficiency in using professional photography and videography equipment, including DSLRs, drones, stabilizers, and lighting equipment.
5. Advanced skills in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
6. Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory, with the ability to create visually appealing content.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
8. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to capture the essence of a property.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. Knowledge of current trends in real estate marketing and digital content creation.

Salary:

AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Visa + Medical.
