Videographer / Content Creator

• Create dynamic and engaging video reels that highlight the properties and services offered by our real estate agents.
• Collaborate with agents to understand their needs and deliver customized video content that supports their sales and marketing efforts.
• Produce video content that captures the essence of our company culture, including team events, office activities, and employee testimonials.
• Assist in the planning, shooting, and editing of vlogs featuring the company owners when required.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating graphics, music, voiceovers, and other elements.

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

1. Camera Operation: Mastery of professional video cameras, DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and other video recording equipment.
2. Lighting Knowledge: Ability to set up and adjust lighting for different scenes, including natural and artificial lighting, to achieve the desired look.
3. Audio Capture: Understanding of microphones, audio recorders, and capturing clear audio; experience with boom mics, lavaliers, and audio mixing.
4. Editing Proficiency: Skill in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve for post-production work.
