The Role:

As our In-House Videographer & Content Creator, you'll be at the forefront of creating stunning video content that highlights our beautiful properties, the communities we serve, and our expert team. Your creativity and technical skills will directly impact how we connect with clients and showcase listings through visually compelling and share-worthy videos.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Social Media Content Creation: You'll design and produce short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube showcasing property highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and local lifestyle content that's perfect for grabbing attention.
2. Property Videos & Tours: You'll create immersive video tours for homes, from sleek high-rise condos to sprawling estates. Your footage will give potential buyers an in-depth view of every property, highlighting its best features and atmosphere.
3. Editing & Graphic Design: You'll edit and enhance videos with motion graphics, on-screen text, and custom branding elements. You'll also create visual assets like promotional graphics, social media banners, and custom branding for our listings, all while maintaining a consistent and stylish aesthetic.
4. Engagement & Trendspotting: Stay on top of the latest real estate video trends and viral social media content, ensuring we're always posting content that resonates with our target audience and gets noticed.
5. Creative Storytelling: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create videos that don't just show homes, but also tell compelling stories about the lifestyle, neighborhood, and community surrounding the listings.
6. Repurposing Content: You'll take the same great footage and create different formats from listing videos to engaging reels and TikToks, ensuring content is optimized for each platform.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience & Portfolio: 1-3 years of videography experience, ideally within the real estate, lifestyle, or similar visual industries. Your portfolio should showcase property videos, social media content, and edited footage.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
3. Social Media Savvy: You understand what types of videos perform well on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You can craft content that's perfectly tailored to the real estate market while keeping up with trends and viral challenges.
4. Creativity & Attention to Detail: You're an innovative thinker who loves to explore new ways to showcase properties and tell a story through video. Every frame, every transition matters to you.
5. Excellent Communication Skills: You'll be working closely with our team, so strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate are a must.
6. A Love for Real Estate & Design: You have an eye for design and a passion for architecture and interior design—this role is a perfect match for someone who's interested in both real estate and creative production.
