Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Photographer/Videographer to join our creative team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand's message and supports our clients' projects. Additionally, you will oversee our social media accounts, including managing content calendars, providing live coverage of events, and ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in various shooting styles and techniques.
2. Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for diverse projects, ensuring professional and polished content.
3. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand and meet project goals, delivering tailored visual solutions.
4. Operate and maintain camera equipment and production tools, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and technology in photography, videography, and social media to keep content innovative.
6. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
7. Manage social media accounts, including planning and executing content calendars, creating engaging posts, and providing live coverage of events and projects.
8. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
9. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
