A Videographer & Content Creator will be passionate about storytelling through video, adept at capturing high-quality footage, and skilled in editing content that aligns with our brand's vision. Department: Marketing

Based: 50% Office, 50% Field

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
2. Develop creative concepts and storyboards to produce engaging visual content that reflects the brand's identity.
3. Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to align video content with marketing strategies and objectives.
4. Capture and edit video footage of events, products, and lifestyle scenarios to showcase the brand effectively.
5. Stay up-to-date with video production trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge content creation.
6. Handle all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and post-production editing.
7. Manage equipment and ensure its maintenance for optimal performance during shoots.
8. Adapt content for different formats and platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Videographer and Content Creator with a strong portfolio of work.
2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
3. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus (e.g., After Effects).
4. Strong understanding of lighting, audio, and camera equipment.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Exceptional storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and composition.
7. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
8. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. Experience in social media content creation and an understanding of platform-specific trends.
10. A driving license is preferred for flexibility with on-site shoots.
