Videographer

At Elysian, we are seeking a talented and creative Videography and Photography Specialist with a passion for real estate. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of capturing extraordinary visuals, staging properties, and transforming ordinary spaces into visually stunning representations. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience covering a variety of properties in Dubai, including luxury villas, apartments, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography & Photography:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, ensuring each project reflects the essence and appeal of the space aligns with the elegance of the Elysian Brand.

Staging & Styling:

• Collaborate with property consultants to stage and style properties for maximum aesthetic appeal. Pay attention to lighting, angles, and details to highlight the unique features of each property.
• Edit photos and videos to enhance their visual quality, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Add creative elements, such as motion graphics or virtual tours, to create immersive experiences.

Creative Direction:

• Conceptualize and execute innovative ideas for showcasing properties, ensuring content stands out in a competitive market. Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh approaches into your work.

Equipment Management:

• Maintain and manage all photography and videography equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in real estate photography and videography in Dubai.
• Proficient in property staging and creating visually appealing layouts.
• Expertise in editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and property architecture.
• Creative mindset with the ability to transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience creating virtual tours or 360-degree videos.
• Background in architecture or interior design photography.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of real estate projects in Dubai.
