Job Specifications

We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to join the team at the Allsopp & Allsopp Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that showcases properties and enhances our property marketing.

Hours: FULL TIME

Location: DUBAI

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand property features and unique selling points.
2. Produce and shoot high-quality engaging videos to showcase the properties effectively.
3. Strategize and shoot podcasts, events, and marketing material.
4. Edit and retouch footage with precision, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing presentation.
5. Organize and manage video files, ensuring timely delivery of completed projects.
6. Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and editing software, ensuring their optimal functionality.
7. Stay abreast of photography, videography, and SEO trends, bringing innovative ideas to our content strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Videographer, with a portfolio showcasing work in the real estate industry and expertise in visual storytelling strategies.
2. Proficiency in videography editing software such as DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, is mandatory.
3. Strong understanding of video production techniques, lighting, and composition.
4. Must have a valid UAE driving license, as this position requires frequent travel to various locations for shoots.
5. Excellent communication skills to interpret and execute the vision for each property.
6. Keen attention to detail and a creative eye for composition.
7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
