As part of our marketing expansion, we are looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Creator & Editor to join our team and help us produce compelling video content that drives engagement and supports our brand's growth.
The Role:
The Video Content Creator & Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing high-quality video content to support Holo's marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing, along with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation:
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Film and produce a variety of video content, including product, promotional videos, social media clips, tutorials, testimonials, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, style, and marketing objectives.
Video Editing:
- Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality videos.
- Add graphics, animations, music, subtitles, and other enhancements to improve video quality and engagement.
- Optimize video content for various platforms, including website, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Production Management:
- Manage video shoots, including setting up lighting, audio equipment, and camera gear.
- Ensure that all video production equipment is properly maintained and organized.
- Maintain an efficient workflow to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Creative Input & Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and editing.
- Provide creative input on ways to improve video content and enhance viewer engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in future content.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in video content creation and editing, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other tools.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video production, including shooting, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of optimizing video content for various social media platforms.
- Familiarity with the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
