Bachelor's degree in Film, Cinematography, or related field
Minimum 3 years of video editing and post-production experience
Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms: Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut)
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent listening and presentation abilities
Creative mind and storytelling skills
Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Edius, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Cloud)
Ability to self-shoot and edit, with some motion skills
Experience and good understanding of motion graphics and animation
Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
