Vice Principal, Male (Al-Falah)

International Community Schools (ICS) Al Falah Campus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to join our leadership team. We are looking for a male candidate, preferably a native English speaker, with a strong background in pastoral care and leadership, and experience in both IB and American (AB) curricula.

Requirements:

1. English Native
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of education, including at least 3 years of classroom teaching experience
3. Proven experience in pastoral leadership and student well-being
4. Experience with IB and American curriculum frameworks
5. Master's degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or equivalent
6. UAE experience will be given preference
