We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice Principal to join our leadership team in the next academic year. The ideal candidate must be passionate about education, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of extremely effective leadership. The Vice Principal must share in the organizational vision and support the Principal in the overall administration of the school and will play a key role in shaping the educational environment and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and programs.
2. Foster an inclusive, positive, safe, and happy school culture.
3. Support teachers in curriculum development and instructional practices.
4. Engage with parents, students, and the community to promote school initiatives.
5. Manage student discipline and ensure a safe school environment.
6. Evaluate staff performance and provide professional development opportunities.
7. Engage with the school's regulatory body and with GEMS Corporate.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant and higher qualifications, preferably with valid administrative credential or certification.
2. Minimum of 8 years of teaching experience, with 5 years in a leadership role preferred.
