Vice President – Projects

Our client is becoming one of the region's leading property developers. Established in 2002, the company has grown exponentially over the past decade. Due to an increase of projects across Dubai, there is now a need to add further talent to the team.

Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Projects will direct, guide, and review project delivery, develop strategic initiatives, and review and monitor costs while maintaining profitability. You will be required to review and manage feasibility studies, tenders, development, and contractors from concept to project handover.

You should hold a master's degree in a relevant construction or engineering discipline, coupled with more than 15 years of experience managing projects (USD 500 Million). You should have at least seven years of experience managing new build high-rise towers for residential and commercial programs. It is essential that you are fluent in Arabic and English.
