Vice President Operations

We are hiring for our client a leading Real Estate Developer a highly skilled and experienced Vice President Operations with extensive expertise in sales, operations, and finance, specifically within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's P&L, driving financial performance, and optimizing operational efficiency to ensure business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Management: Oversee and manage the company’s P&L, ensuring financial objectives are met and operational costs are controlled.
• Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team to set performance targets, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Operations Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities across departments. Streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies to enhance overall performance.
• Financial Management: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and drive profitability.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute long-term strategies that align with business goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust business operations accordingly.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of goals and smooth execution of projects.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company’s sustainability and growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing operations within the real estate industry.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including sales, operations, and financial management.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proven track record in sales and operational leadership.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to inspire teams, drive change, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
