GRG is partnered with a leading real estate developer in the region to hire the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Define overall sales strategy, including budgets, channels, and sales processes.
- Initiate and manage strategic sales partnerships and alliances.
- Define, implement, and monitor annual sales plans for institutional and retail customer segments.
- Assign and monitor monthly sales targets to teams.
- Create a framework to identify and associate with property agents objectively and profitably.
- Review sales MIS, identify improvements, and monitor implementation.
- Define and implement new sales schemes for the client properties.
- Define and implement sales incentive strategies for sales executives.
- Conduct regular meetings with high net-worth commercial clients to provide complete property solutions.
- Define and implement best-in-class sales processes to ensure customer delight.
