Job Title: Vice President of Sales (VP Sales)

Location: UAE (with regional and international travel)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead the sales efforts of a large, prestigious developer with a portfolio of luxury real estate and hospitality projects across the UAE, KSA, and Europe. The VP of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales teams, and developing innovative sales strategies to position the company as a market leader in luxury real estate. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep market knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the company’s luxury real estate and hospitality projects, aligning with the company’s overall growth objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue targets and sales performance, ensuring consistent growth across key markets including UAE, KSA, and Europe.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams, ensuring a high level of performance, motivation, and professional development.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets for expansion, ensuring the company remains a leader in luxury real estate and hospitality development.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, brokers, and stakeholders in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership on revenue forecasts, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals.
  • Product Development: Provide market feedback to support the design and development of new projects that meet client expectations and market demand.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales processes and practices comply with local regulations and international standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury real estate or hospitality. Experience working across multiple regions, particularly in the UAE, KSA, and Europe, is essential.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading large sales teams and driving exceptional performance in high-value real estate markets.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, hospitality developments, and high-end clientele.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. A proven track record in closing high-value deals and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Networking: Established network of contacts within the real estate and hospitality sectors, particularly in the Middle East and Europe.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, trends, and financial metrics to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Cultural Awareness: Experience working with diverse clients and markets, with a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities, particularly in the Middle East and European regions.
