We're on the hunt for a dynamic VP of Live Casino Recruitment to spearhead our global hiring strategy and lead our recruitment teams across multiple geographies, including Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, and our exciting new expansion into Colombia and beyond!

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy and Leadership

• Develop and execute a scalable global recruitment strategy to meet high-volume hiring demands, focusing on engaging and attracting Gen Z talent.
• Lead and upskill recruitment teams to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Innovate with new tools, platforms, and strategies to continually find and attract the right candidates.
• Motivate and guide recruitment teams in Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Colombia to achieve excellence.

Data-Driven Decisions

• Leverage recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose blockers, and provide actionable insights.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators to ensure efficiency, quality, and speed in hiring processes.
• Present data and action plans in weekly meetings to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations, implementing best practices for secure candidate information handling.

Collaboration and Partnering

• Build strong relationships with local Live Casino operational teams, aligning hiring strategies with business needs.
• Foster collaboration across recruitment and HR teams to share best practices and streamline workflows.
• Encourage teamwork and information sharing across all Live Casino locations.
• Strengthen relationships with external recruitment agencies to expand sourcing channels.

Lead Global Expansion

• Drive recruitment efforts for new studio locations, ensuring seamless hiring and onboarding.
• Tailor recruitment strategies to fit the unique needs of each geography while maintaining scalability and consistency.
• Build and develop recruitment teams in new locations, aligning with local labor markets and cultural nuances.

Candidate Experience and Excellence

• Enhance the recruitment process to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, reflecting the company's values.
• Collaborate with the Employer Branding & Engagement team to craft compelling narratives that attract top talent.
• Analyse the effectiveness of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline workflows and improve communication.

Experience & Skills

• Proven track record of leading high-volume recruitment in dynamic, fast-paced markets.
• Tactical mindset with the ability to act quickly on insights and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborative leadership style, with experience working cross-functionally and engaging with external partners.
• Strong expertise in data analysis to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Familiarity with recruiting entry-level talent, particularly among Gen Z demographics.
• Willingness to travel regularly to operational regions for hands-on leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree or further qualifications are a plus.
