About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Growth/ Digital Media Planning (VP/ AVP) to lead our business expansion in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnership development, lead generation, media planning, and managing client relationships to drive business growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional outcomes while reporting directly to the Founder.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

1. P&L Management:

  • Oversee and manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the Middle East region, ensuring revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet financial goals and drive business profitability.

2. Sales Prospecting & Nurturing:

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in the Middle East.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to drive visibility and client acquisition.

3. Partnership Development & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities across industries.
  • Develop a structured, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Measure and report on partnership results, including co-branded promotions, lead sharing, and event collaborations.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize opportunities.
  • Generate and nurture qualified leads through partnerships, guiding them through the sales funnel.

4. Media Planning & Strategy:

  • Create and implement comprehensive media plans that align with client goals and market trends.
  • Evaluate the performance of media strategies, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovation in media planning and execution.

5. Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and achieve better results.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients, partners, and prospects to refine strategies.
  • Organize strategic meetings with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure long-term retention.

6. Strategic Leadership:

  • Work closely with CXOs to align business strategies with organizational goals.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve outcomes across the client lifecycle.
  • Lead innovative projects that enhance delivery and business results.

Who You Are:

  • A well-networked professional with proven experience in partnerships, sales, and media planning.
  • Skilled in lead generation, nurturing relationships, and closing deals in the Middle East market.
  • Strong negotiator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a track record of achieving business growth targets.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or growth management with strong preference in the Middle East region.
  • Expertise in media planning, client relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in the Middle East.
