Vice President Marketing ( banking / finance background required)

We are looking for a VP Marketing to develop and implement the company's marketing, promotions, and advertising strategies to ensure the right marketing mix, enhance the company's image, target customer segments, and contribute to achieving the company's mission and business targets.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have a minimum of 10 years of senior marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a bank or financial institution.
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading a marketing department in a bank, specifically from an entity based in the UAE.
3. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial sector in the UAE.
4. Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing; an MBA would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement marketing strategies.
2. Enhance corporate communication and media relations.
3. Manage internal communications and crisis communication.
4. Oversee corporate banking, promotions, advertising, and market research.
5. Lead consumer education awareness (CEA) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
6. Manage budgets, analytics, and compliance.

Salary: AED 35,000 to AED 37,000 + medical insurance for self + air ticket annually for self.
