We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Vice President of Forex Sales to lead and drive our forex sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forex or capital markets sales, with proven leadership abilities to manage a sales team, expand client portfolios, and generate revenue. This is a senior-level role with a strong focus on achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and growing the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the forex segment.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of forex sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base in both retail and institutional markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service.
Develop action plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, driving business expansion.
Stay updated on forex market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide insightful advice and solutions to clients.
Promote the company’s forex products and services, tailoring solutions to meet the financial needs and goals of clients.
Work closely with other departments, including trading, risk management, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, including AML and KYC requirements in the forex market.
Key Requirements:
4-7 years of proven experience in forex or capital markets sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating high-performance sales teams.
Excellent ability to build and manage relationships with high-value clients, institutions, and stakeholders.
In-depth understanding of the forex market, trading platforms, and capital market dynamics.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate at the executive level.
Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Knowledge of forex-related regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
Relevant industry certifications (CISI, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
