JOB PURPOSE
• Oversee and manage the organization's cyber operations to ensure the security and integrity of information systems and data.
• Develop and implement strategies to protect against cyber threats and respond to incidents.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cybersecurity Strategy Development and Execution:
   • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity operations strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
   • Define and manage the roadmap for cybersecurity initiatives, including threat detection, incident response, and risk management.
2. Threat Detection and Incident Response:
   • Lead the development and implementation of threat detection and incident response processes.
   • Oversee the monitoring of security systems and the investigation of security breaches.
3. Risk Management and Compliance:
   • Identify and assess cybersecurity risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
   • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.
   • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
   • Communicate regularly with executive leadership and key stakeholders about cybersecurity risks and initiatives.
   • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of cybersecurity efforts with business goals.

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT operations, with a proven track record of leading successful operations in complex organizations.

YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
Min of: 5+ years of managerial experience in a related field.

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
• Large multinationals, Commercial industries, Real Estate.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, methodologies, and technologies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GSLC, ISC2, CNNP,…

QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
